As far as workouts in 2020 Im back to simple 5x5 (or 6x6) workouts with squats/upper body and deadlifts/upper body alternated every other day.
Todays workout was squats followed by leg ext , bar dips to near failure , DB press and tri-pushdowns all done 6x6 (med heavy).
About 25 sets total .

I did it actually but my wife use to cook with Thai sweet chili sauce ( salmon ) ...
