If u have digestion problems try incorporating lentils in to your diet. 10g per serving.
Also try probiotics like greek yogurts and some sauekraut. Their all regulars in my diet

Saeurkraut is traditional with salty meats but in reality it goes good with most meats all alone as a side dish. Just spoon it cold and pile it on. Traditionally german. Even the store bought pasteurized versions have alot of benefits. Not as much as specialized non pasteurized versions but its great for your gut all around. Steak and sauerkraut? Count me in. Its traditionally served with kielbasa tho

Step 1 bone out and butterfly the leg. And BBQ for 8 mins a side turning once.

Step 2 turn bones (whole animal) .into bone broth.

Step 3 cook barely in bone broth.

Step 4 4 dozen eggs.

Step 5 breakfast burritos

Nothing special or pretty but it’s my first ever fish meal prep thanks to @Artifex. Wasn’t stinky or fishy. I did give half a fish to a very malnutrition skinny dog that wondered on to the job site.

Seasoned with lemon pepper and flavor gods dynamite for a little extra heat.
