Nice! How many eggs you use? I can never tell with crushed boiled eggs because 2 can look like half a dozen lol. I do something similar to you I guess, I have one massive shake with oats, pineapple juice, peanut butter, whole milk, rapeseed oil, banana, berries, kale and chocolate whey. Also ginger and cinnamon to help with digestion and blood sugar control. I split that into 2 shakes and it actually tastes good!My meal of the day.
Eggs, beet salad, then I made this seafood style salad of imitation crab, apple, pear, red onion, celery, carrots, radishes, light sour cream, spicy mustard, caviar, red cabbage, and lastly some boiled potatoes served cold.
A protein shake or two with this of course.

Then I only eat one massive meal for dinner and sometimes I'll have a snack at night. I hate the typical bro diet where you eat x amount of meals around the clock.
