What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

My meal of the day.
Eggs, beet salad, then I made this seafood style salad of imitation crab, apple, pear, red onion, celery, carrots, radishes, light sour cream, spicy mustard, caviar, red cabbage, and lastly some boiled potatoes served cold.
A protein shake or two with this of course.

Nice! How many eggs you use? I can never tell with crushed boiled eggs because 2 can look like half a dozen lol. I do something similar to you I guess, I have one massive shake with oats, pineapple juice, peanut butter, whole milk, rapeseed oil, banana, berries, kale and chocolate whey. Also ginger and cinnamon to help with digestion and blood sugar control. I split that into 2 shakes and it actually tastes good!

Then I only eat one massive meal for dinner and sometimes I'll have a snack at night. I hate the typical bro diet where you eat x amount of meals around the clock.

Tilapia + mushrooms and will white basmati rice

I can honestly say I've never meal prepped fish. Always just thought of it as something that needed to be eaten the day it was cooked. How does it hold up for you a day or two, 3 later? Stinky? I can just hear the office lady bitching about the smell in the microwave now.

My meal of the day. Shrimp and potatoes that were boiled and then fried with some butter, cream, milk, spicy mustard, dill, spinach and peas.

You eat the nastiest shit on this thread my god. Do us a favor and stop posting your killing our appetite.
Haha, you are right that looked really gross. It tasted good though. :)

My dog threw up yesterday and looked just like that.

You obviously dont lift, dont use gear and have no knowledge about nutrition. No one likes you on this forum. What is the psyche of a boy who spends much of his day on a bodybuilding forum. I dont know the name but I would say a severe mental disorder.

You are right again, I was feeling light headed so I had to go sit down otherwise I would have taken a better photo with better lighting. I made a lot so I will take better pictures tonight. Thank you for the constructive feedback.

There was two eggs there! That sounds great! The peanut butter I get is in a powder form, it goes great to the protein shakes.

There is a lot of support for intermittent fasting! If you think about it, back in the day we wouldn't be eating every two hours. There is no need whatsoever to be eating all the time, it's some mainstream fad that isn't based on science. Your body can go days without eating! And it will take care of itself!

Our bodies are much smarter than our conscious mind.

Beneficial effects of intermittent fasting and caloric restriction on the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular systems
Beneficial effects of intermittent fasting and caloric restriction on the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular systems - ScienceDirect

Abstract
Intermittent fasting (IF; reduced meal frequency) and caloric restriction (CR) extend lifespan and increase resistance to age-related diseases in rodents and monkeys and improve the health of overweight humans. Both IF and CR enhance cardiovascular and brain functions and improve several risk factors for coronary artery disease and stroke including a reduction in blood pressure and increased insulin sensitivity. Cardiovascular stress adaptation is improved and heart rate variability is increased in rodents maintained on an IF or a CR diet. Moreover, rodents maintained on an IF regimen exhibit increased resistance of heart and brain cells to ischemic injury in experimental models of myocardial infarction and stroke. The beneficial effects of IF and CR result from at least two mechanisms — reduced oxidative damage and increased cellular stress resistance. Recent findings suggest that some of the beneficial effects of IF on both the cardiovascular system and the brain are mediated by brain-derived neurotrophic factor signaling in the brain. Interestingly, cellular and molecular effects of IF and CR on the cardiovascular system and the brain are similar to those of regular physical exercise, suggesting shared mechanisms. A better understanding of the cellular and molecular mechanisms by which IF and CR affect the blood vessels and heart and brain cells will likely lead to novel preventative and therapeutic strategies for extending health span.

I also think that people follow diet plans or other sales type of programs. They don't a good understanding of nutrition or diet, so they can't create their own plans for fit their personalized lifestyle. They do the "one size fits all." Which works too, not saying it is BAD it just isn't for me. And I feel stupid blindly following other's advice.

If I put Jamaican jerk seasoning every one start drooling :D

High calorie day , I"ll eat at least 5 of these hamburgers with lite mustard and pickle relish :)

High calorie day after talking about Rubiseans infidelity made you think about yours. It's directly linked want me to calculate the probability of this being "random?"

Stress

Any other stress factors? Loud music, smoking, drugs or alcohol, any other oral fixation such as biting nails or chewing gum?
