I am gonna have to try this. My ground turkey for some reason won't hold spice so its pretty bland... eat it 4x a day too.
4x a day, that's brutal.
I found the same thing, just doesnr hold the flavor.
I find the coconut milk coats the Turkey nicely and really holds the flavor o to the meat.
Just a little bit will do, just enough for a light coating (a minor glaze)
If I'm cutting,
I'll do lettuce wraps,
Nice crunch with the typically bland and non existant texture of Turkey.
