Not this time , I used dehydrated minced onion/Lawrys salt/black pepper . I try to make them as simple as possible to keep calories low . No fries or chips either .

As of now, 6 days a week...
6 eggs, 2 cans of sardines. Broccoli,
chopped, then steamed for "brunch"
Grated ginger and lemon with tea, some stevia, with meals.
A whey isolate, casein, collagen shake with cinnamon before I leave work.
Workout
Dinner is meat and veggies, or usually a salad. Most times a Cabbage/Slaw mix, red and green cabbage, olive oil, balsamic vinegar.

Around here our Tamale Lady charges $20 per dozen . We make our own from chicken/pork roast sometimes.....
