My wife kinda like that - she is Jamaican. .she was partly grown up there ( country area ) , those ppl learned respect the food , make sure you have save up ingredients for weeks ...

I kept telling her about the Green curry and Pad Thai I had while in. agkok, she made a really nice Pad Thai the other day.

My best friends family owns a jamaican patty place (Pretty fucking huge in The GTA actually)
They have a storefront that cooks up LEGIT jamaican food, their all immigrants from Jamaica.
I still eat there for free lol
So all the Oxtail and jerk pork you could dream of!
Servings are huge and it's a fucking awesome party spot too.
Spicy patties with Pickapepper sauce and cocoa bread...

Homemade hamburger day again , no cheese or mayo/garnish just a half lb cooked patty and mustard on 8-grain toast . I"ll eat a few of these today...
