I've been really strict throughout the week since October. Cheat meals have gotten more over the top and for me it makes it easy to stay strict the rest of the time.

Wont even get your under arms wet if you sat in a pool all day. Also eliminates smell completely. Good for 24 hrs easy

I only brung this up because it is most definitely related to increased testosterone levels . The wife said she can smell me more after my first week on increased test-dosage. She's probably right...

Drenched in hot sauce
. I eat hot peppers and hot sauce regularly too. That's my standard for now. It makes food prep easy as well. Scrambling 6 eggs takes about 5 minutes. Empty sardines into a container and add hot sauce. Chopped broccoli I can steam at work in a microwave. Clean up is a snap. Then cook and enjoy dinner later on.
