got nice color what is " tony chacheres " ? thanksFlour, black pepper, salt and tony chacheres. Dipped the cube steaks in yolk then threw em in the batter. Fried em in oil on the iron skillet

Another great way to chicken fry anything(pork loin, beef,chicken,venison,Turkey breast) is to season the meat with your preferred seasonings then beat it with a tenderizing mallet. It pounds the spices down in the meat. Then dip in milk and egg, then dump a skillets worth of meat into your batter in a gallon ziploc bag. Shake and you are ready to rock. Less mess also.
