@ickyrica cleaned it just for you buddy. Have you tried this big game rub? Holy shit it is good,injected these with some beer. Going 160for 2 hours and 3 hours @275. Side note the insulation blanket is working really well in Cali, not sure it would hold up back east or up north

Everytime I see you on the Traeger it makes me regret not buying one at the exhibition this summer, but then I'm not sure how it would perform in these Canadian winters?

No, I want to get some of it though. I used their chicken rub and it's great. Good looking grill!! I'm getting the blanket just to get it, no way it can hurt

Been pretty mild so far this year at an average of about -6C/20°F but we typically get down in the range of -20C/below 0°F

95 or higher I think. I've used denatured alcholol before with success. But think grain alcohol would be better if I could get it strong enough. Either that or ether
