Last night's roast re purposed for a "breakfast sandwich " on sour dough. 
Lil egg and toast today dressed it up with bacon.

Bloodwork came in today, everything is looking good except for the thyroid. Still hypo like a mother fucker. Upped the meds, more bloods in 6 weeks.

Lol, found them in my day pack, had a day of shooting/zeroing at @Human_backhoe s place this past weekend.
My wife thought they were .308 and picked them up for reloading, didnt know the difference between 5.56 and .308, so now I have useless brass lying around
