What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

the wife made the same thing as a snack for us last night. Great minds.

Six large eggs, 3/4 cup egg whites, 6 oz of cut up steak tips, one cup spinach. 2 slices of DKB. Black coffee. Little bit of an increase in quantity about once a week. So far so good, belly is holding up well!

When the gyms open back up my caloric intake is going to be legit as ever and hopefully I'm ready to go, all cylinders firing in order. A few months back and I'm going to run a juicy fucking cycle.

I want 275# with abs. It can happen in 2020 imo. Fingers crossed we can get back in the gym soon!! I'm fucking so ready
