I did 6 flat irons on Monday, beef ribs Tuesday and a Boston butt today... If I weren't going out of town tomorrow, I'd have ribs going on next. Ribs might actually be my favorite out of everything... Too hard to choose though.
Really excited to try those grates... I was disappointed with the searing capability of this grill. No more.

Yeah, that's where we're headed. Those horses are seriously assholes... We were down a few weeks ago and a herd came up to the people parked next to us and just stood right in the middle of their area for like an hour.
I'm not sure if it's the same woman but I know a lady had to get air lifted out of there a few weeks back. They bite too.. and then you get fined by the rangers on top of that for getting too close lol.
I've seen the rangers use some kind of spray to get them to go away before... I need to find out what it is, I'll be dammed if I'm going to meet some pony stand between me and my cooler of beer.
