Im pricing out equipment as we speak. Im tired of the gym scene. Tired of sharing. Tires of ppl. Since i moved to north TX im far away from big metroplex gyms and options. All i have is a small 24 hr right across the road in this beautiful small country town. Its so small even 10 ppl inside makes it intolerable. Im looking at about 3k for a power rack, adjustable bench, texas bar, trap bar and about 800 lbs in weight. Good to start. I can do most things with that. Dumbbells are stupid expensive right now. Still gotta figure that out

Marcy pro full body system. Got one, has everything. Best investment. They have different ones, and say when they will be in stock. 1000,2000,3000$. I got the 1500$ one. Has everything you listed. Also lower and higher cables, you use 2 inch barbell weights, and has a smith machine. Its a power rack,
and you can do everything.

Except for the bars and weights. But an amazing squat rack and bench rack with safety bars.

some have a peck deck too.

its litterally everything that you need, espciallt if you get the bench with the quad extension and hammy curl thing.

being able to do lat pulldowns again and all cable stuff is great, also got latpulldown bar and ez curl bar from, gym factory store online.

This is what i have, its in stock...

the marcy pro website itself. Its litterally cheaper then anything else, because it not price guaged. Took 10 hours to set up. I have increase my muscle mass and everything so much, as oppose to
Just a barbell power rack set up. This has everything.

I am 240 lbs and the dip bar and pullup part holds me perfectly. Also got those gym mats and put them down around it, with 300 lbs of barbell weights and a barbell. I just need more weights for squats and deadlifts, but as for the cables thats is plenty for anything else.
