What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

I always eat 5-6 eggs with 120 g of oats for breakfast

Meals are typically around 150g of protein source with 200 g carbs source ( white rice mostly but also couscous or sweet potatoes). I also have some greens like broccoli or mixed frozen vegetables with this.

I try to eat this 3-4 times a day and sometimes have 2 tuna sandwiches in between meals to up calories as i am trying to put on weight but i have a really hard time doing so!
