My woman has her food prep game on point....i am a lucky man. I don'tnt have to worry avout any meals....now if only I could follow the meal plan she laid out fir me and stop the snacking on pretzels!!!

So my hunt went pretty dang well. Just dropped off 102 lbs of Nilgai meat to get processed. Having polish & pan sausage, tamales and hamburger meat made. Hamburger meat being made 50/50 & 25/75 with brisket and sausage is blended and made with bacon . I estimate it will be roughly 150 lbs I pick up. Its definitely gonna cost me

My cousin killed 2 elks last week in Colorado as well. I’m getting a good bit of that. At the time I told him I’d take a bunch I didn’t realize I’d have all this Nilgai. Not sure what I’m going to do with all this meat

that does not look like one lol. am i missing something? its not round and it looks like it has a fried coating. Is it ground beef?

Thats lean ground beef that is home fried like a beef steak w/ a tbs of canola oil in a hot skillet . Not the healthiest food in the world but its cheap meat protein that tastes good .
