So not sure why I never knew about smoking chuck roast, but let me tell you, I probably won't be smoking a brisket anytime soon. In my opinion, similar taste, easier to cook. 
Today was meal prep day again, stir fry rice and chicken /w veggies, will put into containers later, lunch is cooked for the week.
