I hope this thread continues to be updated as I might get some good ideas from you guys to give myself some variety.

I work a lot of hours so i have ate the same things day in and day out for months for the sake of the macro split.

Same I have all my “safe” meals that I know the nutritional breakdown like the back of my hand so it makes it easy to have very limited variety in my diet

Honestly I'm kinda Institutionalized so it doesn't really bother me that much....also living in sy h a rural area there are really no healthy eat out options either...

I still have one single cheat meal per week that I go off the rails. This is how I maintain my sanity and it also allows me to keep up appearances around town at the greasy spoons. So yeah, I still get my chicken fried steak, biscuits and gravy, fried catfish, etc. etc.

Chicken and rice, duh:

Also kimchi, kimchi radishes, pickled daikon, fish cake.

Chicken was seasoned with gochujang and soy sauce and stir fried with sweet red peppers and green onions.
Looks absolutely delish bro.

From last night. I guess you could call it 'brisket stir fry'? Or perhaps more appropriately, me tossing diced leftover brisket in a skillet with whatever random veg I have on hand and calling it a day. In this case broccoli and riced cauliflower. Seasoned it up with garlic (I put garlic on everything), cayenne pepper and paprika, and sautéed in avocado oil.

Pure class and cosmopolitan sophistication in this household :)

Top notch prison style grub, according to Laclark.
U got some fancy prisons in the US, huh?

That stir fry looks banging.
Brilliant way to use leftovers.
Once again, I am impressed.
Well done
:)

There's a thai restaurant here that makes pad kee mao with brisket. It is amazingly delicious. The dish, also called "drunken noodles" is supposedly made from assorted leftovers... or at least, that was supposed to be the origination of it.

Unfortunately, too much smoked meat wrecks my stomach, so I can only handle a little. Otherwise not a problem because the SF Bay Area is like a barbecue black hole. There are so many good things here, but not barbecue.
