What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Sure it's tasty, but i think it's just too much processed food in total. Deli, canned beans and those bars i'd definitely swap them for something less processed. Just my opinion.
I might eat the eggs and if starving the extra shiny apple. The rest….

Jeez, that's some tough stuff brother. I get what you're saying too, it has nothing to do about how you look and what your fitness aspirations are. I'm only saying it healthwise longterm, eating ultra processed meat like deli which often times it contains just 3-5% actual meat and canned food with all these preservatives it's just not the best deal.

If your requirements are below 4,000kcal you can easily cook 2 healthy meals for your first and last and take one tupperware with precooked meal in your work. I'd prefer to starve a little and eat better when i return home than having lower quality meals in my work. I'm a trucker and sometimes i stay fasted for 6-8 hours until i can eat some proper food. I usually take with me 1 meal, but that's just my 2 cents. If it works for you and you enjoying it then by all means keep it up. Cheers!

Meal 1-4. You might think... Dirt eats the same thing everyday..... He does.. Simple ans hits the macros!!

i too eat the same thing everyday, its just easy once you get all the macros figured out, then you naturally just prep/serve and you can "tweek" the ingredients to get a little variety but mostly its just something you get used to and learn to love and feel good about because its filling in all the macro blanks etc,,,,,

While all you gearheads are freaking out and arguing with each other about steroid shortages and how you're too poor to pay an extra couple hundred bucks a year, I'm in here being shredded as absolute fuck by eating:

Ground turkey, beans, and rice. :)
