What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

It's my first time that I'm going to cut and yesterday I was out of energy, really pumped to start off with and was looking forward to a normal traning, when I suddenly started to get tired after my 5th set. Guess it's the cut effect or maybe not? I was used to get 4000 calories in daily.

Just tell yourself you are supposed to get stronger when cutting. I put the depletion part in the back of my mind and tell myself I am supposed to get stronger during a cut. Fool your mind, works for me. Think of it as if you didn't know you were supposed to lose strength and stamina during a cut.

THAT'S WHAT I WANT TO HEAR!

I figured out negativity around me can make me explode any second, especially in school - also I'll probably start my cycle on Monday, mentally it'll help me me a lot. First day was tough but at the end of the day it's what you make out of it. I never had any problems with eating, I realized bulking is something you really have to enjoy.

Experience is the the key, hard work and don't let anything get your down.

Yes you are going to feel tired when you cut , or reduce calories ; you might also go thru insomnia and depression too. After a while you will adjust and have bouts of high energy and stamina . All normal from extreme dieting .

Develop "tunnel vision" and set your goals and achieve your goals no matter what happens around you . Dont lose more than 2-4 lbs/wk (except in the beginning) you want fat loss only, not overall bodyweight loss ...Goodluck , we've all done it here ...~Ogh

Thanks bro, really helps me staying motivated. :);)

Yea, it wasn't bad I guess.. Just gets so mundane eating the same shit all the time.. If I had more time during the week I'd experiment with some of the creations you guys post.. I can prep out chicken, rice, and broccoli for 4 days in about 45min.
Such a dish is so easy to make. Try substituting different veggies like carrots, green beans or corn. I use brown rice instead of white though.

Sooooooo, I did a bad thing!! Protein cheesecake.... but I modified some lol... couldn't find almond flour crust,so I made red velvet cake instead lol. And then the rest is just Greek yogurt, cream cheese, and egg white and vanilla protein powder. Very simple and easy, and my son wanted cherries on top. It is phenomenal. Calories low in protein high, yeah buddy20150304_200321.jpg
