What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Breakfast:
7 Eggs- (six whites, one whole)
1 Cup plain oats
2 Carbmaster yogurts- (Each yogurt= 4g carbs, 9grams protein)

After breakfast meal- 2 scoops gold standard whey in skim milk.

Did I mention cutting sucks ass sometimes? :confused:

Your doing a good job EBK , I think your one of the few here thats seriously cutting / Keep it up !!
 
Damn I've missed this thread. I had to stay away from it while I was out of town cause it made me depressed that I couldnt eat like I should of, but I'm back for one night only. Expect big things tonight :)

On another note, being out of town for a week and carb loading actually made me a beast in the gym today. I suprised myself at the weight I lifted. I also lost 5 lbs and the veins are popping like a mofo. Should have a new pic up this week. The transformation is incrediable and this thread help me push the limits of the food I made and ate. Thank you @Oregongearhead
 
Hey odie take another week off...that way it'll give me another week to catch up

Haha even with my week off this tren cut me up. My pants are loose around the waist. It helps that on my job I was going up and down stairs and climbing a ladder a lot. One night my fit bit told me I walked 2 miles worth of stairs.
