No bun. And no dairy either (I don't think anyway). I tired some almond milk w/ coconut...unsweetened. Yuk!! Had to mix it w/ reg milk. :D

I get the Almond breeze label, the vanilla unsweetened is decent.

Leftovers are great!! My favorite is next day or four chili....five can be a little rough, but I still eat that shit.

Thats pretty much how n my pasta goes lol. I always make too much and end up eating it with every meal for the next 4 days haha.

Had pasta and eggs for breakfast, pasta and chicken for lunch, and I'm thinking pasta and fish for dinner haha

Nice ogh, I see the strength is comming back with a vengeance..... now eat up and get them big guns huge again.
 
You probably did, i know i saw this on face book just last night. First you cook the taters for i think 15-20 min pull em out add fish and asparagus a bake for another 10-15.
Perfect meal, quick, easy, healthy and delishes!!! N
Exactly brothers! 400 degrees-cook potatoes 20 minutes then throw in fish and asparagus for 20 minutes. The seasoning was excellent as well. Not sure what all she used but it had a perfect sweetness and spice to it. Fish was fresh caught steelhead my dad caught it in the river last week.
