Great back workout - 6 reps on most sets
---Pyramid style on both

BB Rows-140x2/180/220/200/200x1/180x2 = 8 sets

Cable rows 180x1/200x2/220x2/200x2 = 8 sets /16 total sets back

BB curls (45lb straight bar) 90/100/110/120/110/100x2 =7 total sets biceps
Get it! Freaking destroyed my back yesterday.

Been doing 4 sets. 1st being 20-25 reps and the others a solid 12-15

But my deads I put 45s every time. Warm up is 125 103

Then 225, 315, 365 and my max is 405!
 
I had to gas the truck up and go out for fuel for lanterns, grill, genny, batteries, shit like that. We are supposed to get 18-20in on the ridge.

People are dumb... running for electric space heaters and frozen pizza :rolleyes:

Yup they're calling for 18 here and I've got an interview in the morning wtf

I just went back to page 63 I believe where I started in 2014. And got alot of great advice. So I'm here to give thanks to you all for the help along the way. Especially @TANGO.ECHO.KILO @gr8whitetrukker and of course OGH! And the many that come here to support this thread of big muscles and blocked faces!
