This is day one of my proper eating. I'm really lost when it comes to calories and protein content. I'm reading everything I can now to educate myself
Read and measure serving sizes on the products. Get a digital scale till you can eyeball your meat portions. I'm willing to bet your short falls are just diet related. Your not eating enough. Record it when you eat it, the time you ate it, the protein and cals in each meal. Yes it's tedious. But if your not doing it your not caring

The scale is huge. It takes a while of eating the same shit and weighing it everyday before you can eyeball it. And even then, you have to check yourself, or you'll start slipping. Everyone fucks it up in one direction or the other.

It's the best fifteen bucks you ever spent, get the digital one. You'll learn to love the zero function.

I can use the scales pretty good. Lol. Been around them since triple beams. Lol. I have a set that will work just perfect for food portions. Thanks for the knowledge
