Today might be a high-ish carb day.... It's leg day and I'm feeling VERY depleted

The carbs feel like sex on a nice depleted morning. Leg day today too.... In about 2 hours input down 2 cups of rice and a half lb of beef with about 10 cups of water throughout. Then I'm off to kill it

Yup... That's the key.. Well this cut will be easy anyways.. I literally eat shredded chicken breasts with barbecue and some small other things like yogurt and some veggies. That's my whole diet on a cut.. It's so easy because the hell with the sodium in bbq.. And I just shed fat doing it
