Meal 3 ...slightly overbaked halibut lol... chew it to saw dust then take a swig of crystal light to swallow it like pills.... the means to an end.... I love my wife, and her cooking.... but it wouldn't her to google cook times and temps when dealing with fish that runs $22 a pound lol.

london broil strips with cranberry horseradish and green beans for post workout fix
And for dinner some rotisserie chicken and a big salad with blue cheese and half an avocado
Kind of ate like crap the last couple days so im getting back in the saddle with the healthy shit.
