21 grain bread
2 fried eggs
fresh sliced salami
Lil mayo
create cheese
Sriarcha
and some onion garlic jam.

I make 5lbs or more of the mix and eat it all week . The next week , same thing but w/ chicken instead of HB . It has everything you need to grow....~Ogh

Wow! There is some really delicious looking stuff in this thread! Time to stop eating my plain ass grilled or crock pot chicken and get some variety in my diet!

Alright , that was a nice drive . Took a lil over 8hrs to get to Redding , and made it back in under 7hrs . I was pulling a 36ft Toyhauler w/ 2010 Dodge Ram , nice rig . I use to have a 99' Ram , but this 2010 is much more powerful . I like . I liked the toyhauler too , it was plush....I can see myself traveling around , parking this wherever I feel , fishing & ATVing . Oh well , time to hit the squat rack...~Ogh
