For dinner, a bowl of kielbasa, onions and cabbage stir-fried in a wok :)

Didn't eat any lunch other than a rice cake before I went to the gym today

On another note @gr8whitetrukker and @sweebeanz. ^^^^ My bro took this of me today. DBOL + Deca+TREN+ OGH FOOD THREAD=alot of water weight and size, but I'll take it. I dropped the dbol and lowed the deca so hopefully I quit being so bloated. I was not able to measure them today. I had to leave work an hour early just to make it to the gym today. I did get evaluated today at the gym though. According to their machine which i think is bullshit. It said I am 211 lbs and 18% BF I don't see how its actuate, all I do is tell it how tall I am and stand on it and hold some handles. It tells my BF by my weight and posture.

Wensday: back & bis

Saturday: bis & tris ( they are on FIRE the whole work out cause I did shoulders the day before )

Remember I am doing 2 a days so really I am hitting them 6 times a wk.

Monday: chest and tris

Wednesday: back and bis

Friday: legs and shoulder.

I do cardio and abs on Tuesday and Thursday.


On cycle


Monday: chest and tris
Tuesday: cardio and abs
Wesnday: back and bis
Thursday: cardio and abs
Friday: legs and shoulders
Sat: ARMS

For cardio I do treadmill, bike and that fucking row machine that crossfit users use.

Since I put on wieght I get the worst chin splints on the tread mill

Edit. Also when I'm not on cycle I don't do 2 a days
