What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Eggs, chicken, elk and salmon. That's a great mix of different protein sources. I wish I could afford to eat like that. I have two meals of eggs and two of beef, steak or roast beef.
I harvest the majority of my food myself. That is how I am able to afford it Ray. Elk, deer, steelhead, and salmon are thick in Oregon. I fill my freezer every chance I get to support my other hobby:)

HELL yeah. I'm a hunter too and when I get a deer I'm eating good. I fish too and catch a lot of bass and catfish but I always throw them back, I don't like fish. We don't have elk in ohio though, too bad.

I think O-Strong eats better & cleaner then all of us . He eats the foods most of us should be eating but cant ....;)
 
Oregon and northern California has always been on my top 5 travel spots. I am very well traveled but have never made it out that way. I hope to one day soon. I would love to check out the red woods and eat some of all that food I hear about

Thanks brother. I have defiantly put in the work, but like OGH and I talked about the other day. I guess it comes a little easier for me cause my dad is a huge ripped guy. It helps that my sister qualified for the Olympics in gymnastics when I was a kid and I trained a little with them. I don't care what anyone says, those gymnast take feeling the burn to a whole new level. Then played football and baseball up until I graduated High school. Some guys at the gym are trying to get me to enter a comp. in MAY but I don't think I have what it takes yet.

Its always the guys with natural potential like Odie & JB that have the body dismorphia . I got it too but Im trying to lean out for at least one good show (Mens short class, 55 & over) ....yes- I'll be 55 in 2 weeks my younger friends :(

PS - you dont want to reach my age and regret you didnt do it when you were in your prime . I missed my window....[ ]
 
Anyhew - enough of me crying about another birthday ; heres my diet for the next 4-5 months . Its the same I used 2 yrs ago to lose 40lbs on . Very effective .
Frank Zane used this same basic diet to win one of his Mr.Olympia's....

I also have a alternative sheet with different substitutes like salad instead of rice or potato and fish instead of red meat & chicken . Its about 1800-2000 calories , so if you are a larger person calories should be increased by 100-500 calories depending . This will get you ripped if you follow it with a good weight-training program & some cardio .
Im already down to 188.5lbs @5'5"

Ok bud. Give me a few days. I'm having some stomach issues today and I just got back from a weekend of eatting a lot of junk food out of town. lol. Plus OGH told me I'm a white boy and need a tan.

I'm pretty sure the stomach issue I'm having is from eatting hoilday inns powder egg BS every morning.
