What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

cut starts today...hittin' 2800 calories daily - here you got 45 g protein, 38,5 g carbs and 6,5 g fat...just had my breakfast and f### it was horrible, lol.

Mix honey and mustard brush over salmon.
Walnutcrust= Walnuts,Couple slices of whole wheat toast,Thyme,olive oil put in food processor olive oil is put in last.

Gonna have to try that Killa ----I use to make this kinda sauce in a restaurant for baked honey/mustard chicken , never tryed it on fish . Thanks for posting !! ;)
