What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

So, I ate really clean while on the road this week, aside from the heavily increased sodium from the food not being prepped at home.... went up 6lbs, luckily after being home for a couple days I've dropped 8, putting me at about 21lbs dropped in the last 4-5 weeks, simply from cleaning up the food and nixing the Rum... I am after all, the reason the Rum is always gone..... while hitting the gym religiously for high volume training (save for traps and delts which I keep heavier to help grow because I've always hated how small my delts and traps are) and cardio everyday that I am not traveling. ....... That being said, while my appetite is down, I'm craving something... less clean. I already threw my chicken taco fixings into a tortilla today, a couple hours after my PW shake.... not sure if I'm being week and wanting to give in, or if I'm really feeling depleted and need a refeed.... suggestions? Input?

hit the farmers market this morning, picked up some tangelo's, papayas,Chinese apple bananas and cpl avo's all organic and delish for 6$. Love the farmers market[emoji4]
