I was planning on posting a bunch now that I'm not sick, but I'm a creature of habit and thus eat the same things over and over...... at one point years back, my diet looked essentially like this:
12 egg whites and oatmeal with blueberries for breakfast...
The rest of my meals were strictly boiled chicken breast and green beans. No variety, no seasoning..
Only thing that ever changed was whether my trainer added more carbs, in which case i would only add more plain oatmeal or plain baked sweet potato. ..
Ate like that for 10 months straight... no cheat meal the first 3 months, then I got to have a cheat meal every other week..... after a couple more months of good progress I got a cheat meal every Sunday after my bf test..... which was ALWAYS steak Fajitas with all the fixings, cherry coke, and about 3 baskets of chips, at my favorite mexican joint lol
