What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Good to know! What side effects do you know of? I have to do something about the heartburn. Any alternatives that anyone uses?

[1] Stop eating wheat!

[2] Cut back on carbs.

A psylium husk fiber supplement should be a STAPLE of anyone's supplement routine for a multitude of reasons, including keeping things moving.

Instead, try the following (in addition to the two listed above):

[3] Increase the fat content of your diet. Think: Bacon, butter, fatty fish and meats, and olive oil.

[4] Increase the portion sizes of your (non-starchy) vegetables. Think: raw salad vegetables every time you have a meal.

[5] Take 300 to 400 mg/day magnesium citrate. Trust me, you're not getting enough magnesium. It helps prevent muscle cramps and with the extra vegetables and fat you should have no problems and will not need psyllium.

Hi foodsluts!

I'm really becoming a regular whore on OGH's thread, hope he still loves me.

Last night I grilled up some ancho rubbed chicken breast, cut them into cubes and simmered in a green chile/tomatillo stew.

Finish w/ some cheddar and jack cheese + 2 fried eggs and we're in gainzzzzz world.

Damn-near carb free, protein packed and fucking delicious. Something magical happens with spice, egg and cheese meet.

image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg I start the day out with 5 eggs, meat and bread. I start drinking water and eating my pills. "Milk thistle, magnesium ect ect.
Lunch will be chicken and rice. As much as I can eat. Also, you will see a smoothie with tons of greens such as spirulina.
Dinner is fish, mashed sweet potatoes and asparagus. Almost everything is organic cuz I live in the great state of Oregon and that's just how we roll. Thru out the day I will consume a few high protein shakes. Creatine pre and post workout. CON CRET! Best creatine ever! And no, I'm not shilling for CON CRET! I'm off cycle rite now. It's very important for me to consume about 4000 calories a day to keep and maintain them gains!!!

Nice! Keep it up bro. I am using the BPI sno cone flavor 6 blend creatine. I'll try some CON CRETE my next jug. I am a fan of creatine, just as I am vitamin and omega 3's.
