We call it pepper relish...few different ones I can't remember which one you got :confused:
There is an OG, Giddyup (little kick), Serrano (getting warmer), and habanero (ay chihuahua). It's kind of a play on hot chow chow except it's all peppers and no tomatoes or cabbage. It's great on fish, pork, hot dogs, venison, eggs....anything really.

If you look back through my old logs I literally use that shit on errrrthing.

Pressure cooking continues...I took the reins on this roast.
Mini sweet peppers and a couple habaneros for a sweet zesty kick. I use half a can of coca cola, helps break it down and tenderize the roast plus all that sugar boils down with dem pepper juices. Oven roasted acorn squash and toasted walnuts, spinach and fresh garlic. I'm a big winter squash guy when I can get it, I need to do some b/nut squash ravioli before I start trimmin up :cool:
