I mean all that technical garbage kills me. If I want to cut I carb cycle and I up my fiber through veggies with a giant carb day one day a week. If I'm packing it on I don't count because my theory is the food you eat today won't truly be absorbed until the next day or even longer so I don't see the point in counting anything. The body can't differentiate between 24 hours/ "anabolic" windows or anything. I believe when you're hungry hit it hard. Like after a Workout I'm starving for hours and hours.

Eh i track it all, every last little crumb. I actually enjoy it, makes me feel in control and more accountable for the foods i eat, plus more likely to make better food choices in general, and helps me stay away from the alcohol cuz i dont wanna waste my calories on beer haha.

I play hard... I eat damn good. I just stay away from spicy stuff not only because it bothers me but because it also dehydrates you.

They are all home for the holidays so all is good.

I also have 4lbs of sweet potatoes in the oven.

Peel and eat, cat fish and brisket platter.

The pork and brisket platter. I try to stay away from spicy stuff but just a touch of it doesn't kill me. Best food I ever had and the people were really nice in Syracuse. I was a pipe fitters helper upstate for 6 months. Very home sick and I drank myself stupid everyday. I miss upstate because the women there were something else. All dreamers

Yeah I use to get those and a bunch of sides. My tab always came out to $60 a night lol. I use to eat there Colemans, Delmonicos.... a lot of good pubs
