The drink is supposed to be good for the digestive system. Not sure if it really helps or a placebo thing is going on.

I didn't even realize I missed red meat that much. Can't beat it. Back to fish, chicken and Turkey again...
I hear you bro. I haven't maxed in over a year. I'd like to hit 315X20 and 225X50. So far all I got is 315X12 and 225X38.
 
Those are good numbers man. iirc with those weights i am at 315*7 & 225*20. You stay injury free and the sky is the limit. Hard to hit those goals without real consistency.
 
Try 300x10x10 Squats sometime @HIGHRISK -- ATG style....Ive done this twice . ;) :rolleyes:
Man I rarely squat. Bad knees and back. I press and do everything thing else for legs . I'm lucky if I can leg press 700lbs for reps. My legs are weak. My goal this year is to hit legs twice a week. My dad is a big guy with skinny legs just like me. I got fucked in that department. Plus I never use to train them like a dumb ass. Now I'm paying for it.

Hit legs every workout. Try just 3 sets every workout. 3 damn good sets. Gotta nip that no leg day havin ass real quick. Otherwise shit gets outta hand. Then youll look like a physique competitor or even worse

So every workout finish with 3 sets of legs? Do I still have a designated leg day also?

Start with 3 sets. Youll have to decide based on your split how many sets overall you plan to do. If you go 5 straight ED thats potentially 15 sets for legs over a week. Legs can and are capable of more sets and workload than any other bodypart. Structure it accordingly. Its called high frequency training
