And I have put Lifting and gear on the backburner this last almost half year, but yesterday I did one plate (135lbs) fullbody workouts . Felt good and Im planning a mild cycle in the near future .

Sorry to hear about your loss @Oregongearhead, I went don’t this same exact road about 10 years ago. First my father went, then I loss my mother to cancer a few years later.. Stay positive OGh, because you know that’s what they would have wanted!

Sorry for your loss Ogh.

This is my favorite thread, bc of the food pics, but also your posts. It's just not the same when you're not here.
 
I will try and be a more active member here again , now that Im not flying back & forth between Oregon and Alaska to visit sick parents I will have more time at home. Im now running a fairly successful HAZMAT/asbestos/metal recovery business , enough that I can do it whenever I want . It was hard at first but now its up & running pretty good .

As far as juice goes ---Just been running 100mg/wk test on TRT . Still havent got on the GH yet , Im thinking this would be time to ramp-up .....we"ll see .
