It’s a chicken and onion skewer that is hung with garlic and herb in a bowl up above and the pour hot butter over it and it soaks the garlic and herb and runs down and drips all over everything. With potatoes, spinach, and carrot bredie.

10/10.

And that sticky toffee cheesecake with the berries on top was quite possibly the best cheesecake I’ve ever had.

I was eyeballing that cheesecake too

Went to Walmart for dog food last night. Mistake 1 was taking the kids, mistake 2 was taking the wife who always says yes to the kids. Ended up with 3 separate doughnut packages. I ended up getting the dog food, 5 pounds of chicken breast and some beef jerky to crave my appetite while they ate doughnuts haha crazy family life.

I dunno what this chicken dish was my girl made but it’s damn good. Chicken, zucchini, red onion, peppers, and saffron rice. With some apples, kiwi, and grapes on the side.

Perfect post workout meal.

Pellegrino sparkling water eh? I thought I was the only one here who loved sparkling water. Seriously it craves your appetite for sprite or Coke or whatever with the little fizz you get its wonderful.

I still sometimes have a couple of glazed donuts (or one apple fritter ) & a whey protein drink as a pre-workout or postworkout meal . Cant beat the carb rush !
Tell the Fam to save you a few of those glazed donuts ~Ogh
