This is blasphemy for me to cook ribs like this as I have always smoked slow and low.
They look proper, just not sure how they are going to taste, I mean I usually smoke them for about 6 hours, and these took 35 minutes....

Ogh, you already know the answer...
They were decent fast food style ribs, we prefer slow and low on hickory.
I may do them again for time and convenience but would never invite someone over for ribs and cook them like this.
Can I have my man card back now

I make tator tots and fries in our air cooker

Try spraying it with a little pam oil of your liking — gives it a little more fried kinda texture
