I had to skip breakfast this morning so the Oyster stew was my lunch & breakfast . This will be a low calorie day .
Dinner is Bratwurst /Fried Cauliflower rice/ Spinach w/olive oil/vinegar
Bacon & eggs again...

I have a confession to make... If it swims or comes from water I don't eat it. None of it. Wish I could because I know there are a lot of benefits with fish but.... Not gonna happen.... BUT if it walks this Earth I will eat it.

Im taking in lots of bad fats too , I know this . Im going back on small doses of Red yeast rice & Co-q10 to keep those pipes clean
