All that crab I cleaned you know what Im still eating....Crab salad w/olive oil/vinegar . Added some pork rinds too ....Bananas will have to wait a few more days for leg/back day .

Gonna give Trifecta Meals a shot to supply all of my meat for the next little bit and see how it goes. I can pretty much get all of my beef, turkey, steak and chcken for the same price as if I bought it and cooked it myself. Cost is $120 a week. I’ll get shipments every Friday.

It’s all cooked and and ready to eat. I just ate some of the chicken and it was ok. Pretty tender and seasoned good.

Simmer for 48 hrs.
I trim the meat off and freeze it for steak and eggs as my last meal.
I put the bones, carrots, onions, and apple cider vinegar in the pot, bring to a boil, simmer for 48 hrs, then let it cool, filter, let that cool overnight in the fridge, the fat will go to the top and hardened. Next day, scrape it off the top.
Drink 12 ounces every day.

Some forums are real shitty at loading pics, but I see Mezo does a decent job.
But I been on some that was terrible, u be like fuck it, and not even look.

You oughta get an instant pot for making the bone broth. It's supposed to be a game changer for that, done way quicker

Have you guys tried Fairlife milk or Kroger's Carbmaster milk? Probably no Kroger out west and in the middle of the ocean, but Fairlife should be available. They both are lactose free.
