You oughta get an instant pot for making the bone broth. It's supposed to be a game changer for that, done way quickerEven make my own beef bone broth.
Simmer for 48 hrs.
I trim the meat off and freeze it for steak and eggs as my last meal.
I put the bones, carrots, onions, and apple cider vinegar in the pot, bring to a boil, simmer for 48 hrs, then let it cool, filter, let that cool overnight in the fridge, the fat will go to the top and hardened. Next day, scrape it off the top.
Drink 12 ounces every day. View attachment 107372View attachment 107373View attachment 107374View attachment 107375View attachment 107376View attachment 107377

This is f*****g awesome. Minus the whole being dead part but yeah.An 82-year-old man in Ohio passed away last week. His final wish to his family was to bury him on his 1967 Harley-Davidson in a giant see-through casket with him on his Harley so his biker friends could witness his "final ride" to the cemetery. Amazing...

I use the fairlife. I like it a lot actually.Have you guys tried Fairlife milk or Kroger's Carbmaster milk? Probably no Kroger out west and in the middle of the ocean, but Fairlife should be available. They both are lactose free.

Let us know how the rest of it is please and thanks. Would you recommend to give it a shot & feel its worth the price ??It’s all cooked and and ready to eat. I just ate some of the chicken and it was ok. Pretty tender and seasoned good.
One of my favorite rice dishes is coconut rice. Super easy and tastes great!Anyone got any suggestions for making rice dishes more flavorful besides soy sauce and hot sauce? Maybe top it off with chicken stock?
