What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Hey guys, what's the move on good cold lunches? Got promoted to installer so I am out in the field everyday now and I've been having sandwhiches, and I don't super care for a sandwich everyday.

I did chicken and rice for like two years, but I seldom have access to a nuke and chicken and rice is garbage cold, especially when it was cooked 4 days ago haha

Pulled chicken cooked in crockpot.
Use low carb, no sugar bbq sauce
Add a little pickle relish.

Also pulled chicken with mayo made from olive oil, with a little pickle relish.

If your bulking use sugar free wheat bread.
If your cutting, remove the bread, and just eat out of the bowl.
Both are good cold.
Add a banana and a avocado

Buy an insulated lunch bag. Warm your meals in the microwave before you leave for work (low cook power for longer amounts of time) and place the hot meals in the insulated lunch bag. They should be warm when you go to eat them. I have done this and it works well for me.

Just ask to use the microwave at wherever you're installing. Everyone has one nowadays. This ain't the 80's. Lol

Cold steak ain't bad. Hardboiled eggs, sorry that's all I got....

I usually just use another trades. Unless it is a big job and I have a gang box in which case I will bring one for the crew. Depends on what phase your coming in. If everyone else is gone there may not be one onsite. The general will usually have one in there trailer as well.

Dashboard lunch or put it under the hood while you are driving to your location

Thinking I ate the better part, if not all of the 10k challenge yesterday.

Breakfast was the normal 6 jumbo eggs, generous amount of egg whites and a quarter pound of sliced Turkey with 2 slices of toast. Half a pot of coffee.

Was dying of hunger on our way to the inlaw's house so I ate 2 jr bacon cheeseburgers, a regular burger and a crispy chicken from Wendy's.

Had a retarded amount of boild dinner at the inlaw's crib. All but cleaned out a pot of dinner to myself.

Got home and proceeded to eat a large philly cheese steak pizza from Walmart. Not that good fwiw...

Then the sugar. Oh God, endless amounts of sugar.

I can't stop pooping today.

Fuck bro, it sounds like you got waterboarded!
What’s the 10k challenge about?
I get that you were trying to get 10k calories but why?
Sounds like the UD 2.0 diet by Lyle McDonald?

Just gonna hafta suck it up man. Unless leaving for a gas station to use a nuker or if the customer has one your pretty much SOL. Take an extra swig of water with each bite and swallow big bites since its tasteless cold any way. Not everything is golden my man!

Or get in an inverter for your truck and a small nuker to run off of it
