10k is just a goofy challenge that happens from time to time around here. Yesterday was simply a glorious display of gluttony. I'm not sure what the UD 2.0 is but I'm sure it's not fun if it demands anywhere near 10k calories in a day.

Meso should have a real 10k challenge sometime soon. I'm all in gents, no joke. Does booting up food disqualify you?
 
Hey guys, what's the move on good cold lunches? Got promoted to installer so I am out in the field everyday now and I've been having sandwhiches, and I don't super care for a sandwich everyday.

I did chicken and rice for like two years, but I seldom have access to a nuke and chicken and rice is garbage cold, especially when it was cooked 4 days ago haha
Hot logic mini car food warmer.

It's like a mini cooler that has a warming plate inside. I'm a supervisor on a spread out jobsite which spans 3 cities and 2 counties. I'm always in my truck and I always have warm meals.
 
Pulled chicken cooked in crockpot.
Use low carb, no sugar bbq sauce
Add a little pickle relish.

Also pulled chicken with mayo made from olive oil, with a little pickle relish.

If your bulking use sugar free wheat bread.
If your cutting, remove the bread, and just eat out of the bowl.
Both are good cold.
Add a banana and a avocado

Might just be on the docket, I did buy the missus a crock pot a few months back and that do sound good

Make it interesting at 20k. Seems like it's nothing for athletes and some of the guys around here to put in 5k-7k daily. Throw in a box of donuts or a tub of ice cream and they are there.

Yeah I know steak is great anyway, it's so calorie dense though is the only problem, it's like if I have a decent sized portion it ties up a ton of my protein and fats for the day.

Definitely gonna start doing some hardboiled eggs though, fucking love eggs, forgot about that.

That's why they pay you the big bucks bro.
 
I usually just use another trades. Unless it is a big job and I have a gang box in which case I will bring one for the crew. Depends on what phase your coming in. If everyone else is gone there may not be one onsite. The general will usually have one in there trailer as well.

Yeah most of the time it's just us and the homeowner on site, generally just pull off somewhere and eat lunch between jobs since we usually have 3-5 different job sites a day.
 
Just gonna hafta suck it up man. Unless leaving for a gas station to use a nuker or if the customer has one your pretty much SOL. Take an extra swig of water with each bite and swallow big bites since its tasteless cold any way. Not everything is golden my man!

Or get in an inverter for your truck and a small nuker to run off of it

Yeah I hear ya on that, kinda like the idea of grabbing a little mini one to cart around. Might look into that if the cold food gets too old.

100% correct. While I enjoy knowing you crazy fucks will top off 6750 total calories with 2 pints of Ben and Jerry's, I know "real" food is lightyears harder and i think that should carry more weight in a friendly competition. But you know, 16k that's super dirty blows away 7k in insanely clean any day imo!!

Ud20 is a diet meant to cut body fat, while maintaining your muscle mass.
4 days of low carbs with full body workouts, meant for full glycogen depletion. Then on the 4th evening, you do one more workout, to zap the rest of your glycogen, and soon as your done, you start a 30 hr carb upload. Start with high glycemic carbs and end with more starchy low glycemic carbs. Low fat and low protein. On the 6th day get up and do your morning workout with 85-90% of max, and use tut (slow reps). 3 sets full body.
Have a good carb/protein meal right after.
Thru the rest of this day and tomm start transition back to low carb/high fat/med protein.
The quality of food has to be spot on!
Repeat for up to 6 weeks.
Says should be 15% body fat or lower to see best results.
Also should be used to keto, and low carb dieting.

That is pretty much what it is.
On that carb refeed you shoot for 10000 grams of carbs. On your 4 low carb days you shoot for 10 to 50.
It’s radical!
Plus 4 full body workouts with high set, high rep ranges for glycogen depletion, under low carb days is murder!
Esp if your like me and work 10’s. At work. Very tight schedule, needs plenty of dedication and devotion. As well as good organizational skillz!
