I failed the thread today. I’m gonna blame it on the dbol appetite. After smashing 1/2 pound of pulled chicken, and 1/2 pound of salmon, I ended up at a Chinese restaurant.

I enjoy seeing all these meals!Sorry if you guys are getting sick of my repeats. Ny strip, Mac & cheese, and broccoli. Lunch this week will be chicken and broccoli.View attachment 108351

I put 8 lbs of dreadful chicken breast in the crockpot 8hrs on low. Shredded it with two forks and divied up 8oz each in tupperware for each days lunch. Problem is breast is dry and tasteless, a big reason why i generally avoid it. Thighs or legs are much tastier in general and hold more moisture. To remedy this i mix the shredded breast with 1 serving of rice each and soak the mixture in chicken stock and mix well. Gives it a saltier taste and hydrates the dish. Top with half an avocado.

Lightly battered chicken, Kalamata olives, mushrooms, sliced Italian sausage, capers, and a few pepperoni. This was honestly the best damn meal I’ve had in a LONG time.
