What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Not a lot. Eating a full serving of one of these a day is probably enough .
I usually get the kefir in every morning. Greek yogurt maybe a few times a week. And sauerkraut when I want to or when it's meal appropriate .

There are other fermented foods you can look into. Those are just the three I eat most often.

And make sure you're getting these with live and active bacteria cultures. The kefir and yogurt are easy enough to find. Sauerkraut that hasn't been Pasteurized is a little tricky. I get a brand called bubbies . Good stuff, but about 14$ per jar.

Got me some Bubbies. And this Kimchi, finally found it. Lol

Try eating legit fermented foods, like sauerkraut, kefir, Greek yogurt. It can't have been pasteurized, or the bacteria are killed. These products with still live and active cultures can be a little harder to find.
I had gotten to where I was eating these things regularly and it was night and day difference in my digestion. I slacked off for a while but getting back to it now .
I'm about to go to target. I've never looked there for the nonpasteurized stuff. I know they don't have it at walmart

That spicy Kimchi is great. Just be careful when you open the first time, it's like a shaken up can of soda sometimes and that pressure will spurt some liquid out.

Yep! Lol. Even opened it slow with a few paper towels....still went everywhere!

Meatloaf w A1, tomatoes onion and cucumber salad with feta. Black coffee and water.

Just got awarded a job with a certain enforcement agency in Boston. I can't go into detail but it's a highly visible contract and it's a networking dream. Been a decent week. Hope you guys have been well.

Seems like a lot of the older guys stick to higher fat and protein with lower carbs

Not really, you find it across the board. The keto and paleo diet really started with the younger crowds. It's what works for the individual. That being said Vince Gironda was a genius ahead of his time and really set the notion forth.
