I heated the oven with salt block up to 500 degrees first and then seared it on each side for 10 minutes. That's all it took. You pan seared first or straight to the block? Looks good, that's an expensive cut

Not a lot. Eating a full serving of one of these a day is probably enough .
I usually get the kefir in every morning. Greek yogurt maybe a few times a week. And sauerkraut when I want to or when it's meal appropriate .
There are other fermented foods you can look into. Those are just the three I eat most often.
And make sure you're getting these with live and active bacteria cultures. The kefir and yogurt are easy enough to find. Sauerkraut that hasn't been Pasteurized is a little tricky. I get a brand called bubbies . Good stuff, but about 14$ per jar.
I'm about to go to target. I've never looked there for the nonpasteurized stuff. I know they don't have it at walmartTry eating legit fermented foods, like sauerkraut, kefir, Greek yogurt. It can't have been pasteurized, or the bacteria are killed. These products with still live and active cultures can be a little harder to find.
I had gotten to where I was eating these things regularly and it was night and day difference in my digestion. I slacked off for a while but getting back to it now .

That spicy Kimchi is great. Just be careful when you open the first time, it's like a shaken up can of soda sometimes and that pressure will spurt some liquid out.
Lol. I kinda laughed out loud when I read this. My co-workers are now curious!Shut your dirty whore mouth.![]()
