I feel your pain man. Totally do...
Last nights meal was chicken breasts/rice/green beans .
Workout was fullbody , squats followed by bench press and chin-ups .
Trying to make more time for fullbody workouts , there seems to be an added benefit with them....

Good looking pancake , kudo's for Brother Rubisean . Hes been working the low carb diet faithfully , even when I started slacking on my keto diet he stayed focus with an iron will...Goodjob !

No, I don't believe so. Crust was super thin. Tasted good, just needed to cook on the oven rack.
