Dude strawberry milk... I just had flashbacks to the young lad days of pounding strawberry Quik. Man talk about a craving all of a sudden.
How are the squats coming along and more full body compound routine?
Instead of getting strawberry flavor ON protein I get vanilla ice cream flavor . Its easier to add other things to .
And yes when Im trying to bulk a little I will add Nesquik chocolate or strawberry mix to my shakes .
Studies keep showing added benefits to short session full-body workouts especially for older lifters . Higher GH/test spikes and overall strength when most if not all muscles are worked in a single session . Pro BBers arent going to do it except in the off season but powerlifters frequently knock out the big-3 exercises twice or 3x a week and call it done .
My schedule now is either sqts/bench/rows or deads/front press or dips/unweighted chins . Just 3 heavy exercises for 6 sets and 6 reps each , twice a week . 18 total sets not counting warm-ups . I will add bicep curls in a few weeks .

I tied one on last night. About 15 close family and friends gathered at a local VFW for my aunt's retirement, she was the bartender. We all surprised her as the last customer walked out, partied for 3 hours. She has been serving the local heros for over 3 decades and sadly this establishment is closing for various reasons. This was her time to call it a career. Raise a glass today gentleman, toast your local vet's and those that constantly support them.
My parents were a part of the VFW in Alaska , I grew up going to fundraisers and such . Respecting the elder veterans is a big part there and good for the younger generations....

Pronounced “nock”. Very sweet, but weird texture. Loved them when I was a kid but not so much as an adult.
