Are you going to be using the smoke tube thing? I'm VERY curious how the smoke flavor comes out.
Not sure I know what you mean by the smoke tube thing. Ordered a bag of the Texas blend, and a bag of mesquite. Not sure what to try first
 
3-2-1 makes it super simple to turn out perfect ribs.

Yeah 3-2-1 is fool proof. Put a ton of brown sugar on em before wrapping them for the "2" and gave it a great sticky texture with a perfect spice/sweet taste.
 

Everyones eating high on the hog tonight :p,
I went with a 3lb London broil done Mississippi Pot Roast style with egg noodles & spinach .Homemade Oatmeal cookies ;)

Lots of pepperoncini peppers/2pks Lipton onion mix/1 pk Hidden Valley Ranch/1 cube butter . I usually cook in the crockpot on low for 7-8 hrs but I tryed it on high tonight for almost 5hrs . Perfect , fall apart

My wife makes this. Mississippi roast are among my top 5 favorite things she makes. So good.
