My wife is 1/2 Filipino. When her or her mom cooks up some real Filipino food it is on! There is something about Asian food that is just awesome. Filipino, Thai, and Korean are some of my favorites.

Alright guys my veggies in my prepped meals keep going bad. Any idea what I can do different to make them last longer? Never had this problem before. Last 2 weeks the zucchini or green beans like molded, sucks! Usually prep 14 meals in advance.

What do you mean for what? I prep my meals for the week on Sunday.
I mean for what benefit.
I eat certain foods for the supposed benefit. And I stopped "prepping" "meals" for the week a long time ago.
There are easier ways

Saute the veg the morning of was the best way I found, just have them ready to drop in a pan an add to the meals.
I hate veg more than 1 day cooked.

At a work conference a few days ago.
Funny story about these pix. One of the guys who organized the event CLEARLY (zero doubt) saw me taking the photos and I'm not a fan of him whatsoever. This guy is a dick get constantly tries to start drama and get in everyone's business.
He comes up and asks loudly so everyone heard and glanced over (no one else saw me): "WHY ARE YOU TAKING PHOTOS!? IS THERE SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE FOOD?"
Me: "I don't know what you're talking about"
Everyone stared at him like he was crazy and he stood there with a blank expression on his face for a good 5-10 solid seconds without blinking then walked away.
The one guy turns to me and goes: "Ever since his divorce he just hasn't been the same"

I bought a negative ion generator for my fridge...seems to help a bit. I do a lot of meal prep too.
Good , quick Sunday breakfast then off to the gym....

meat sauce, pasta and garlic breadStill making headway in the gym. Thyroid meds are working I think. Some bloods in 5 weeks for the doc and maybe just maybe I can dial things up a bit
